Responsbilities:
1. **Project Planning and Design:**
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

- Track expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Approve project expenditures and manage contracts.
3. **Resource Management:**
- Allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to meet project deadlines.
4. **Project Execution:**
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
5. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documents are properly filed and archived.
6. **Safety and Compliance:**
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
7. **Team Coordination:**
- Lead and manage the project team.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
- Provide training and support to staff as needed.
8. **Client Liaison:**
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address client concerns and provide regular updates.
- Ensure client requirements and expectations are met.
9. **Risk Management:**
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement contingency plans as needed.
10. **Quality Assurance:**
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
