Position: Projects Director,
Directed a team of 52 highly qualified engineers of all discipline, Supervised different supervision Consultants and Contractors of New Campus, consisting of 18 different faculties, Students Hostels, Central Chiller plant, Roads and Parking.
I lead a team of thirty five (35) highly qualified engineers and other technicians of different nationality for the supervision of new facilities, on-shore and of-shore, expansion program of Neutral Area, a Joint Venture agreement between Saudi ARAMCO and Kuwait Oil Company called "Al Khafji Joint Venture Operation (KJO)". A very technical and sophisticated project development program. The Project was designed by M/s Dar Arriyadh Architect and Engineers of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Construction Supervision of Medical Complex of Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz at Ban Ban, Riyadh. This Medical City was designed by a Cyprus based designers but redesigned as per Client's request by my employers and supervised the whole project costing around 3.5 billion Saudi Riyals. I was assigned with the responsibility of Contracts Control Management, supervising four (4) contracts specialist, six (6) Quantity Surveyors and four (4) Project Planners.
Project Management of Al -Khafji Joint operation - ARAMCO and Kuwait Oil Company (JV)
Client: Kuwait Gulf Oil Company/ARAMCO Gulf Operation, Al Khafji (KJO)
Led a team of engineers and Technicians with labours to Construct the Product Master Control System.
Telephone Line extension Project, TEP - 6, Fiber Optic connection
between Cities of Riyadh and Taif (970 km.)

Supervised a team of 8 (eight) engineers and 6 (six) site inspectors of all discipline to conduct day to day works of the Contractor, working on Sewerage (including Sewerage Treatment Plant) and Storm Water Disposal System of complete city.
