• Maintaining Stores & Site Logistics responsibilities completely.
• Arrangement of labor welfare facility for 15 kilometer roads and bridges construction area.
• Mobilization, inductions and arrangement of Heavy Equipment such as mobile crane, tower crane & other Heavy equipment in a timely manner without any delays to site activities; over 300 equipment managed at a time.
• Arrangement all related documents such as Third Party Building permits etc.
• Periodic reports preparation for vehicles, diesel consumption, and environment and safety coordination reports.
• Coordination with safety team and production team to resolve major site logistic issues.
• Arrangement of transport for labor & staff.
• Material arrangement and storage for site stores.
• Fully controlled site store inventory and monthly Stock report.
• Managing and leading a team of 50 employees including supervisors, foremen and charge hand.
