 Greet all Guests at all the time in a friendly and helpful manner, and attempt to learn and use Guest’s names at every opportunity.
 Achieving targets on monthly basis.
 Handling enquiry calls converting them into consultation appointment
 Generating the Quotation, Receipts and Invoices.
 Handling petty cash.
 Managing all the reports on daily basis.
 Handling collections of the Studio on daily basis.
 Actively participated in all the promotional activities.
 Maintain the Cleanliness and neatness of the Front Desk Area at all the Times.
 Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently & courteously
 Communicate with all other departments through the proper channels, and through the Communication Forms.
 Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to ensure maximum number of Consultations

 Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
 Responsible for proper key control and other security measures.
 Answers telephone in absence of telephone operator.

 Deposits guests’ valuables in hotel safe or safe deposit box.
 Checks out guests and inquires about their stay.
 Provides and ensures high-quality guest relations. Receives and resolves guest complaints in a manner consistent with company policy. Makes Manager on Duty aware of any guest complaints.
 Maintains the desired levels of quality assurance ratings, including guest comment cards, accounting audit and inspection scores.
 Confers and cooperates with other departments as needed to ensure coordination of activities.
 Adheres to all safety procedures and informs management of any unsafe conditions.
 Attends meetings and training as requested.

 Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyze rate variance, monitor credit report and maintain close observation of daily house count. Monitor selling status of house daily. Ie flash report, allowance etc.
 Operate all aspects of Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes.
 Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests managers and other employees.
 Maintain required pars of all front office and stationary supplies.
 Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchering, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs.
 Perform other duties as requested by management.
