- Managing the portfolio of Abbar Foods 360° marketing
- Managing all categories including Sasso Olive Oil, Crystal, Greens, Freshco & Hafel (food & confectionary)
- Managing 360° marketing activities calendar of all the categories that include ATL, BTL, and Social Media Campaigns
- Working with various agencies on multiple projects includes TVCs, print campaigns, POSM, Market displays and etc
- Packaging development for new and existing products
- Keeping a close eye on monthly sales of each category to ensure all possible opportunities are well maximized by action plans that are aligned and implemented with the Sales team
- Working on New Product Development (NPD) plans and on-ground launch with complete product incubation, go to market strategy and consumer engagement initiatives to gain market share
- Competition activity reporting to understand marketing activities of competition in the market - monthly report
- Budget tracking on a monthly basis, supplier payments & monthly accruals
- Maintaining budget utilization, follow up with Finance to reflect the utilization in Brand P&L
