• Smooth operation and IT support for all the offices Kingdom wide.
• Looking after all company imports control for listing in SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority)- Clearance of shipment - Uploading shipping invoices in SFDA portal - Negotiation with SFDA & custom personnel - Suppliers dispatch department for speedy clearance of shipment.
• Responsible for all company online payments of various kinds / types.
• Training of Company Staff for various aspects
Highlights:
• Have created the SFDA portal account for both BHTCO & MALILA single handedly at no extra cost and listed all company products in the SFDA portal system for nearly 800 products FOC thereby allowing our company for smooth import operations
