• High-profile Intermediate level management position accountable for soliciting business operations and developing strategic BCP for the company.
• Develop SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), company policies & procedures as directed by Group HO & Consumer level RO to increase flawless smooth day to day business operations within a territory consisting of 2 FMCG Central offices having six subsidiaries throughout KSA.
• Devise and implement innovative IT Control within Hardware & software aspect for all offices inside KSA with supplier offices in UAE adjoining all daily business activity report through one centralized computer server interlinking the branches & supplier office through STATIC IP link for further support to company financial & business growth.
• Counsel high net-worth individuals and department wise to achieve maximum growth capacity by avoiding overheads and effective resource utilization with regard to opportunities, risk analysis, and monetary returns.
• Looking after the processing of all company vehicles accident insurance claims
• Smooth operation and IT support for all the offices Kingdom wide.
• Looking after all company imports control for listing in SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority)- Clearance of shipment - Uploading shipping invoices in SFDA portal - Negotiation with SFDA & custom personnel - Suppliers dispatch department for speedy clearance of shipment.
• Responsible for all company online payments of various kinds / types.
• Training of Company Staff for various aspects
Highlights:
• Have created the SFDA portal account for both BHTCO & MALILA single handedly at no extra cost and listed all company products in the SFDA portal system for nearly 800 products FOC thereby allowing our company for smooth import operations

• Responsible for various A-B-C Class Markets & Catering companies for company products order within in line management with company merchandiser for daily shelf filling - in time PO generation from the customer and timely replenishment of stocks for front and back end.
• Reconciliation with customer’s account department for outstanding liabilities in form of cash & cheque for timely placement of their statement and timely collection of outstanding before over aging of liabilities.
