Controlling 25 million AED of stocks per season and responsible for delivery of stocks to over
50+ retail stores across UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar & Kuwait for all Contracted Brands
(Timberland/Columbia/North Face/Vans)
* Continuously monitor the delivery lead time and to identify bottle necks in the Supply Chain
process to optimize overall delivery efficiency
* Preparing and analyzing Out-of-Stock report to ensure idle SKUs & Bestsellers are moved to
stores on priority
* Analyze weekly sales report for Kuwait, Bahrain & Qatar and publish dashboards
* Liaise with Visual Merchandiser & Operations team for planning store stock holding capacity
* Participate in weekly cross functional meeting with other departments - Brand/Retail/Planning
* Establishing strong communication channels and information flow across all functions
* Coordinating with Suppliers and Shipping team based on requirement for monitoring inbound
stocks movement
• Coordinate with major customers by understanding and fulfilling their daily transportation logistic requirements and focusing on Customer Retention by being a single point of contact and leveraging business
• Handling monthly volume of 500 Tons across various Industries and consistently achieving monthly business of 5 million Rupees. Customers handled include,
Automotives - Bosch, Royal Enfield, India Pistons Ltd / Consumer Electronics - Philips, Sharp / Energy Sector - Consul Neowatt Power Solutions / ATM - Vortex Engineering, CMS Info Systems / Healthcare - TTK Healthcare / FMCG - International Flavours & Fragrances (IFF)
• Preparing and reviewing daily and monthly MIS reports and Monthly Client Presentation
• Identifying and resolving issues proactively at various levels and managing escalations
Capturing new clients across India and strategizing techniques for retention of existing clients
* Heading the Break Bulk/Project Cargo Division across India
* Price and service negotiation with service providers and clients
* Coordinating with Overseas partners and Customers for last mile delivery and payments
* Preparing comprehensive shipment plan to ensure minimum deviation in schedule
Negotiating rates with customers and service providers
* Customs clearance and documentation
Leading the team and conducting team meetings
* Preparing project plan and status tracking
