• Tracking Inventory, Physical Stock Maintenance & Fulfilling plant requirement through procurement.
• Placing & Tracking PO’s in both SDC (NCR application, NCR Store (Online creation) & ERP.
• Handling logistics on freight quote, approval and customs clearance documents.
• Tracking shipment and updating the same to warehouse to my team in Dubai Plant
• Expediting Past due PO’s, updating the same in system.
• Requesting quotation for parts with its lead time, forwarding the same to sales with landed cost
• Interacting with supplier for the payment due.
• Preparing report on purchase price variance(PPV), Standard Cost Price Set-up, Price Comparison, Cost Reduction details on every quarter to Top Management.
• Weekly report on drop shipment and open PO’s follow up.
• Interacting with Commodity Directors for prepayment approval & New Supplier creation request.
• Reports and status update on material stock and forecast report.
