RESPOSIBILITIES
• Monitor performance of customer services including production of performance reports, alarm analysis and fault resolution and liaison with customers and third parties.
• Support on field engineer in the commissioning, maintenance, expansion, upgrade and monitoring of the Nokia/Huawei/Ericsson telecommunications equipment and fiber optic infrastructure including production of change reports.
• Manage and maintain M2000 (Huawei NMS) and U2000 (Huawei NMS for Transmission).
• Handling and clearing Trouble Tickets with HP Service Manager.
