I am responsible to carry out all the administration and HR related tasks:
Administrative Tasks: Logistics, Office Management, Maintenance of all Equipment, Maintenance of Computers, Telephone Exchange Maintenance, Organizing Meetings ( Board, Representative Council, Monthly Review Meetings, Staff Meetings, Meetings with other organizations), Handling Petty Cash, Hotel Bookings for functions and guests, International Traveling arrangements, Arranging Meetings with Donors and Government Agencies, Procurement, Registration and other likewise tasks.
HR Related Tasks: Hiring, Orientation of new employees, managing all records of HR department, Training and Development of newly hired employees, Performance Evaluation, Writing Job Descriptions, Compensation Management, Writing HR and Personnel Policies, Defining SOPs and making amendments etc.
Other Tasks: Tax related matters, Registration and extension with Disaster Management Authority, Registrar Joint Stock Companies, Azad Jammu Kashmir Council, and Pakistan Center for Philanthropy etc.
Financial Tasks: Worked in finance department for 2 months as a replacement during this time I was responsible to make payments, Bank dealings, Cheque record keeping, Personal savings, Vouchers, Goods Received Notes, Inspection notes, etc.
Special Assignments: Worked on several projects of the organization like construction and renovation works, Proposal preparation and writing according to the demands of the donors, Handel all the administration related work for one whole month during visit UK visit of the CEO, etc.
Head of computer department, Discipline In charge, Assigning duties to all teachers on weekly and monthly basis, Trainer of SMS, Computer Instructor of teachers.
Developing Curriculum, Developing and Implementing Policies and SOPs, Hiring of staff, Meetings with Public and Private organizations, Teaching and Training of employees, Teaching of students etc.
