• Assist to Design Engineers in preparing Tender Documents & other
necessary drawings needed for tender purpose.
• Detailing Transmission towers using BOCAD, 3D detailing software exclusively for steel structures.First, 3DModel is simulated using it Macros written in Exlisp. Once the 3D Modeling is done, Erection Drawing, Piece Mark Drawing or Shop Drawing, CNC Files & Bill of Materials can be generated from this Software using minimized time.
• Prepare Erection Drawing for different types of Towers, Gantries, poles and Support Structures.
• Prepare Piece Mark drawings, Bill of Materials & necessary documents for fabrication.
• Assist to Design Engineers in supervision of Model Assembly.
• Prepare Testing Drawings, Loading Trees & other necessary documents needed for Tower Testing.
• Quantity Calculation / Surveying for all types of structure such as Towers,
Gantries & Support Structure.
• Prepare SCECO Standard As-Built Erection Drawings in Microstation Format.
• Prepare & update necessary documents and drawings needed for annual ISO (International Standard Organization)Audit.
• Detailing, Developing and Checking the Drawings.
• Data Maintenance of Master Drawings, Files and Programs.
• Preparation of Design, Erection and Shop Drawings & Documents.
• Train Users on the use of Newly Developed Applications Systems.
