* I handle everything from installation and commissioning to servicing and troubleshooting for commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
* On-site, I take the lead—overseeing installations, making sure safety and quality standards are met, and getting systems up and running smoothly.
* I carry out both preventive and emergency maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently and reduce downtime.
* I stay in constant touch with clients, building strong working relationships and making sure they get the support they need.
* I also coordinate with suppliers to ensure we have the right parts and tools on time.
* Some of the key clients I support include Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Royal Oman Police Hospital, The Army Base, Ministry of Defence (MOD), Sultan Qaboos University, Several restaurants, and the upcoming Marriott Hotel.

• As a fresher, I began my career at Wang Professionals Pvt. Ltd., a leading company specializing in commercial kitchen and laundry equipment across India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. During my 2 years and 6 months with the organization, I gained hands-on experience and developed a strong technical foundation through the following responsibilities:
• I was involved in the installation and servicing of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment at hotels, restaurants, hospitals, Bangalore International Airport and other commercial sites.
• I learned to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• I also assisted in basic client training after installation, helping users understand proper equipment usage and daily care.
• This role helped me build strong problem-solving skills, develop confidence in fieldwork, and understand the importance of customer service and technical precision in this industry.
