• Delegate work assignment to the warehouse staff and supervise the functions of all warehouse employees
• Instruct for Preparing Purchase requisitions as the items reach the reorder level
• Maintaining the min-max levels for spare parts and control inventory
• Knowledge of all spare parts. Mechanical, electrical & instrumentation items
• Ensuring all incoming and outgoing items are in good condition and as per the specs been ordered
• Ensuring timely issuance of stock items to users against work orders
• Ensure & checks the appropriate receipt of stock items from suppliers in terms of quantity and ensures that they are free from any visible damage
• Discrepancy in the quality of goods received then rejects it and prepare corrective/preventive action request and forward to management representative
• Ensure coding/labels for all stock items before storing them on shelves as per the Purchase Order
• Ensure the stocking of spare parts safely in the designated location
• Hands on experience in an ERP or Warehouse management system, reviews & updates the ERP as per the required transactions
• Reporting the monthly transaction source summary report to concerned departments
• Ensuring the need basis for forklift or crane and other material handling equipment to facilitate the movement of materials
• Always maintain the store’s sites (internal or external) clean and tidy by either cleaning on the spot when need arises, or in general housekeeping activities
• Contribute to improvement of safety by adhering to the company's policy
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Complies with State and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains material master, codification of materials, and bill of materials.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff by orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Hands on experience in SAP material master, reports development, fund management and Oracle ERP, warehouse management system.
Manages the Warehouse operations by providing leadership and technical instructions to Warehouse staff and to coordinate with other sections/departments for the activities for safe and efficient work and optimum inventory levels to meet operating unit’s working capital targets in inventories.
Duties:
• Directs and manages all the Warehouse activities.
• Sets up an efficient organization and defines control and reporting channel and frequency.
• Receives and analyses the documents and takes prompt action according to requirements.
• Examines major and/or critical issues with his team members and the other sections if necessary.
• Ensures that material, spares are received, issued as per approved procedures and stacking in the Warehouse is as per bin locations and material is stored, preserved properly.
• Evaluates the personnel placed under his responsibility.Ensures that all Company approved procedures, standards/engineering practices are adhered to by Warehouse employees.
• Generates monthly reports for Warehouse operations.
• Manages warehouse inventory levels and stock replacement of critical or strategic items.
• Coordinates the supply of goods through stock, outsourcing or consignation.
• Ensures the PO’s receipts and dispatches.
• Responsible for:
• monitoring the indicators of working capital in inventories.
• identifying duplicate parts and their re-classification.
• classifying part and materials descriptions.
• identifying and/or disposing obsolete inventory
•Ensuring the handling of materials following safety rules and ensures cleanliness and security of the work environment

•Follow up the items waiting for inspection with planning department
•Executes daily report stock of raw materials received. (Coal, iron ore, Gypsum, Shale, Copper slag, Bauxite, Sand...etc)
•Manage Raw Material Weigh Bridge operations
•Always maintain the store’s sites (internal or external) clean and tidy by either cleaning on the spot when need arises, or in general housekeeping activities
•Contribute to improvement of safety at plant by adhering to the company's policy
