• Carry out various NDT inspection and co-ordination with clients.
• Carried out machine calibration and job calibration.
• Inspection of fit up, root, visual, final inspection, preheat, post heat during welding as per the relevant WPS.
• Raw material inspection: visual, dimension, verification of correctness, identification and correlation with manufacturer’s test certificate.
• Prepare detail of field inspection requirements and activities.
• Experience in defect identification, classifying the types of defects & acceptance as per the standard.
• Ensure identification of material, preservation, heat numbers, chemical properties and mechanical properties as per manufacturing the data sheet.
• Daily submitting the NDT reports to client and marking the repair location on the weld joints for re-welding.
• Records, organizes and evaluates test results and generates NDT reports.
Scope involves Eddy Current Inspection in condenser tubes, Heat Exchanger tubes and cooler tubes.
Scope involves Ultrasonic flaw detection, Magnetic particle and Penetrant test of boilers, reactors, furnaces, heat exchanger and storage tanks.

Scope involves Ultrasonic flaw detection of welded joints of various columns, pipes.
2014 Oct to Dec - Rajasthan Atomic Power Station (RAPS) India
Scope involves Eddy Current Testing in condenser tubes & Heat Exchanger tubes. Moderator U-shaped tubes flexible and straight probes. Steam Generator U-shaped tubes by manipulator setup.
Scope involves Ultrasonic thickness measurement of pipelines, penetrent test of weld joint of columns, furnaces, boilers, reactors, heat Exchanger & storage tanks.
