• Ensuring Availability of Subject Matter Experts and Technical support team members, ensure swift defect turnarounds and Stakeholder communications during Hypercare
• Supporting Transition to Operations teams by ensuring complete technical documentation, knowledge transfer, user training, and RACI Matrix, while concurrently defining and documenting incident and defect management processes, severity matrices, SLAs, and formal incident response plans with clear escalation paths and communication protocols.

• Acting as a liaison between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications
• Identifying Documenting Detailed Business Requirements
• Working with QA to convert use cases to test cases
• Supporting Functional Unit Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborating with system leads to develop reporting requirements and formats
• Working with Change Management to create and review detailed AS-IS and TO-BE to identify impact on business users
• Supporting Training development
• Gathering intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about future business needs
• Assuming responsibility for project tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion
• Implementing a comprehensive management plan for each project and holding regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated
