•Managing engineering, procurement and construction related activities of complex EPC projects.
•Manage and develop strategies for successful & timely completion of project and resource identification, planning till project closeout in confirmation to the contract specifications, standards and international procedures.
•Maintain strong business relationship with external agencies and monitor project performance against plan.
•Gather and analyze information regarding project related difficulties and find effective solution to the constrains & problems
