Responsibilities as Procurement Engineer:
Procurement/purchase & Contracts process to close deals “subcontract works, material supply” for several projects within a short scheduled/planned time with best prices with no effects on the specifications or the quality”
• RFQ and subcontractors/suppliers invitation.
•Quotations evaluation, prices and comparison analysis.
•Meet and negotiate the subcontractors/suppliers and discuss their offers.
•LPO releasing and LOI preparing to the selected subcontractor/supplier.
•Subcontract agreement draft and discuss terms, payments, bonds, guarantees.
•Payment certificates Review, check and approve.
•Variations Review, check and approve.
•Maintain and develop relationships with subcontractors and refresh vendor list.
•Involved in Tenders/estimation works (Quotations, BOQ, and Analysis).
•Carry out additional duties, functions and appointments as advised by the manager being reported to required manager.

Responsibilities as Planning Engineer:
• Making Economic Feasibility Study
• The Cost Benefit Analysis of new & ongoing projects
• Following up for the projects from Design Team
• Following up for the projects from Supervision Team
• Solely Handling the Project Management Software (PMS) of company.
• Updating the management & the client for their respective project progress.
• Managing all the staff reports & submitting to Managing Director.
• Prepares Programmes for each project according to money and time using Primavera P6 Professional . • Updates Programmes according to the actual progress done. • Resources and Cost Loading. • Prepares Claims • Reviews Contractors Schedules. • Analyze Contractors Claims. Update Programmes —Give Advices to project managers — Prepare detailed forecast — Resources and Cost leveling. —Prepare and Update "S Curve". —Prepare One month look ahead — Monitor project progress — Work Under Pressure — Budgeting & Cost Controls — Prepare Monthly Reports — Prepare master project schedule — Interface with clients — Coordinates scheduling of vendors
• Understand contract requirements- Coordinate with project team for input to schedule
• Development of all levels of construction schedule
• Coordinate development and approval of construction baseline schedule
• Coordinate development of weekly look ahead schedule
• Manage implementation of the monthly updates and critical path analysis
• Participate in schedule review meeting
• Promptly notify the issues and concerns to project team
• Analyze and report schedule impacts
• Facilitate the overall work integration planning process
• Participate in the planning session of the project
• Perform what if analysis and incorporate changes in schedule
• Facilitate and development of all schedule recovery plans
• Manage, analyses, and report on the schedule project risk analysis process on projects
• Coordinate the schedule/progress alignment process
• Interface with client and other project stakeholders
