• Primary responsibilities include management of website development projects, distribution of email marketing campaigns to members, tracking and analyzing website traffic, generating reports based on complex SQL queries, conducting online surveys and reporting to the management team.
• Development of online communication strategies and integrating them with business functions.
• Liaising with organization’s board members to discuss on web related issues.
• Attending local and international seminars and training workshops.
• Training new software programs to colleagues.
• Designing and managing email marketing and online advertisement campaigns.
• Managing cloud computing transactional based projects, developing websites and monitoring buyer/seller activities.
• Facilitating user group meetings.
