Scope/Description
To prepare the Technical bids, NMR documents and attending the FAT’s for all instrumentation & Control of Skids
Division.
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for all the technical review of Instrumentation of all the skid divisions
 Quality Check on the technical completeness of the Bids.
Responding to the Pre-bid clarifications from different suppliers with reference to the design drawings and applicable
Aramco standards.
 Reviewing the Technical bids from different vendors w.r.t SAES, SAMSS & inspection requirements as per the PR#
text.
 Generating the Technical Clarifications for the vendor compliance.
 Meeting the KPI requirements.
 Attending the Meetings and Teleconferences with Vendors, Client and DPD to resolve the technical issues.
 If further required., CRM shall be raised for P&CSD approval and response to be reviewed & followed.
 Designing and developing the NMR 601 & 602 for all the PO#’s.
 Witnessing the FAT like RTU’s and resolving the VID comments to close the FAT punches.
 Assisting the Fabrication teams to understand the engineering design.
 Reviewing the SPDP packages.

 Well versed with Saudi Aramco design/ drafting procedure for preparing new drawings and Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), Materials System Specifications (SAMSS) & Procedure for Inspection & Testing requirement
 Expertise in preparing loop packages for readiness to carryout pre-commissioning/commissioning, performing loop & interlock check, commissioning of local panels & field instruments
 Experienced in supervising DCS / ESD installation, testing & commissioning
 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with strong analytical, team building, problem solving and organizational abilities

Job Title: MPP Gas Wells
Client: Saudi Aramco


This project Maintain Potential program of Gas wells covers the design of 40 gas wells along with new OPTF and which connects to Remote Header and GGM’s. I worked on many gas wells of many locations., our design package includes the new Well and OPTF connections., and Tie-in packages, if in case it is connected to other wells in between Remote Headers. We issued all the design packages for construction.



Job Title: Automation of North pier custody measurement meters, RasTanura
Client: Saudi Aramco


This project scope speaks about upgrading the north pier custody measurement meters to automate the measurement system at the loading Arms. Earlier there was a system which happened to take the measurements manually. Hence, we updated with new flow computers and marshalling cabinets in the control room to interface all the I/O’s.
Our design of this package includes installation of new PIT, temperature transmitters and Flow transmitters in 5 berths as suggested by our Client Saudi Aramco. All the Instrument cables running to the control room are installed newly by locating the new junction boxes for each berth and issued the package for construction.





Job Title: Jubail Export Refinery - Package 5c
Client: Saudi Aramco & Total

Package 5c is Auxillairy uitilities package for the Jubail refinery. The project involves design and construction of Service and Fire Water System that includes SW & FW Storage Tanks, SW & FW Chlorination (Calcium Hypochlorite) Units, Service Water pumps, Fire Water Pumps, Diesel Daily Tanks. The project also includes Clean Water Collection System, Effluent Treatment System, Caustic Soda charge pumps, Oily Water inlet chamber, Oily Water Pumping Station, Emergency Pumping Station, Effluent Pumps. Many offices and shelters are designed as per the requirement in the project with Aramco standards . Many instruments are installed to control the drinking and fire water systems. Horn/ beacons are also installed for the safety concerns. P& ID's and many more logics are also designed as per the client requirement.

Job Title: CCR UPS BATTERY BACK UP
Client: Saudi Aramco

This project is about installing the temperature detectors in battery room to continuously monitor the temperature from control room and replacing the existing batteries with new Lithium ion batteries and also to monitor the battery status from the control room.

The batteries are connected to the existing UPS ., and there by signals are connected to DCS in control room to know the updates., through required wiring form the existing junction boxes.

And apart from the above scope., there was also a requirement in connecting the Horn & beacons at the entrance of battery room door., as per the standards.


Job Title: DHAHRAN WATER MONITORING SYSTEM
Client: Saudi Aramco

This project scope is to control and monitor the water consumption by residents in Dhahran Community Area by installing around 100 flow meters in the existing valve boxes. The location of valve boxes are distributed all around the large area covering hospitals, schools, offices and residents in Dhahran community.

This project also covers the extension of valve box area if there is no space for installation of flowmeters. Depending upon the size of pipe and location of valves, like inside the valve box or outside in an open area., Magnetic and ultrasonic flowmeter is used.

Each residence will be provided with a flow measuring system unit, which shows the level of consumption of water to the locals. However, up on wastage of water, the authorities in control room will be alarmed and take an necessary action. All the design Deliverables are issued for construction.
