Responsibilities as a Project Coordinatior:
* Leading the project team and coordinating the project, all matters related to project content.
* Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines.
* Implementing the project time schedule using MS Project 2010
* Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all
necessary documentation.
* Preparing and analyzing accounts statements.
* Preparing all necessary documentation related to project and submitting to client.
* Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports of the project work progress and submitting the same to client.
* Attend meetings and assist with determination of Project requirements.
* Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client
relations.
* Issuing Contracts, Letters of Intent and Purchase Order, etc
