• Establish the Program Management structure adhering PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge) methodology and ensure all projects across the organisation are contributing to the common goal.

• Tracking and reporting on portfolio progress and performance on Key Performance Indicators including variance analysis on cost, schedule, scope, resources, etc.
• Advise and provide support on Project management methodology (e.g. scope creep, change management, project life cycle, etc.)
• Ensure that the delivery and acceptance of stories / sprints as per agreed plan.
• Manage Research & Development grant, Export Marketing grant, etc.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
Achievements:
• Successfully negotiated and administered development of SMART Building Solution Mobile APP and Dashboard for monitoring of contract deliverables/service level agreement.
• Successfully delivered property and facility services contracts for renowned clients, such as, Charter Hall, Investa, and Shopping Centre Australia. Achieved a total budget savings of AUD 1.7M over the contract period.

Successfully negotiated contracts in favour of Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) resulting a total budget savings of AUD 200K (approx.).

• Achieved 15% project and operational budget savings (approx. USD 1.8M) through supply chain optimisation and strategic sourcing.

• Successfully led the team in divestment of a strategic property (Manora Hill Estate) that made big positive impact (approx. USD 16M) on the company financials for FY13-14.
• Participated as a key member in the Group driven Business Process Outsourcing Project (Project Supply Partner Asia) that aimed to optimize the Facilities Management (FM) & property Project Management (PM) supply chain in Asia by taking advantage of the market capability and capacity to regionalize delivery where tangible operational and cost advantage can be proven through outsourcing, i.e. transfer of operational activities and team to the partner organization.
Achievements:
• Delivered substantial operational budget savings of USD 300K through “Supply Chain Optimisation” of annual maintenance contracts implementing Strategic Sourcing initiatives, such as, long-term partnering with key service providers for critical equipment and installations, etc.
• Achieved annual capital expenditure budget savings of USD 0.5M by introducing ‘Total Occupancy Cost’ and implementing space optimisation, consolidation of office space and facilities, long-term lease renegotiation, etc.

Achievements:
• Achieved significant project budget (approx. USD 1.8M) savings and ensured timely delivery of project critical electro-mechanical equipment by introducing and implementing tri-partite agreement among Telenor, local vendor, and foreign equipment manufacturer.

a) Advised Top Management and obtained approval for a total worth of USD 100 Million projects.
b) Successfully implemented ‘empowering women through mobile phones’ project where poor village women were given mobile phones to use commercially.
c) Prepared & obtained Management approval of Company GSM Network Budget (2005).

• Drafted expression of interest to be submitted by potential sponsors, and various project agreements to be executed between key project parties.
• Negotiated a suitable capital structure (50% grant from the World Bank, 30% investment from NGO/not-for-profit organization and 20% from rural community) and operational model with key stakeholders.
