• Establish the Program Management structure adhering PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge) methodology and ensure all projects across the organisation are contributing to the common goal.

o development of a mobile reverse bidding system and method where multiple sellers compete to obtain a business from a buyer by offering increasingly lower prices for goods or services.
o development of Product Database Platform that enables sourcing and capturing product data from the Retailer Inventory Management Platform (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Neto, etc.) and organise & display the captured data as per Better That Guideline.
• Tracking and reporting on portfolio progress and performance on Key Performance Indicators including variance analysis on cost, schedule, scope, resources, etc.
• Advise and provide support on Project management methodology (e.g. scope creep, change management, project life cycle, etc.)
• Ensure that the delivery and acceptance of stories / sprints as per agreed plan.
• Manage Research & Development grant, Export Marketing grant, etc.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
