• Client and Contractor Liaison: Prepared defect reports, handled claims and variations, and managed communications with clients and contractors. Attended Failure Review Board meetings to address systematic failures and propose solutions.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepared and reviewed monthly payment applications, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and other closing documents. Ensured compliance with material submittals and method statements.
• System Monitoring and Maintenance: Implemented scheduled and preventive maintenance as per the Operation and Maintenance manual. Monitored systems through BACS to ensure operational efficiency.
• Low Voltage (LV) Systems Design Designed comprehensive LV systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Integrated LV systems with other building systems (e.g., HVAC, fire alarm) to ensure seamless operation and functionality. Developed technical specifications and design documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions.Ensured all LV system designs adhered to relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC, local regulations) and incorporated best practices for safety and reliability. Collaborated with architects, engineers, and contractors to align LV system design with overall project requirements and constraints.
