• Reformer and Furnace Efficiency calculations.
• Natural Gas consumption calculation according to calorific value.
• Cooling tower Efficiency calculation.
• Plant P & ID study for improvements and modifications.
• Preparing Daily Production Report
• Calculation of Daily raw material consumption and keeping record.
• Ensuring smooth and safe plant operations
• Monitor process and quality parameters. Troubleshooting and corrective action wherever required.
• Maintenance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper sampling and quality procedures.
• Managing DCS (Control-Room) activities while keeping effective communication.
• HMI experience of Honey well software:Experion PKS R301.1, hardware C200

SAFETY

• Managing permit to work system for safe plant operations.
• Familiar with cold, hot, work at height, confined space, vehicle entry permit and LOTOTO system.
• Permit Handover and takeover system.
• Firefighting and fire safety training from HSE department TSML
• HSE (Familiar with OHSAS 18001 and Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Analysis techniques )
• Participate in planned and unplanned hazard awareness talks and discussion conducted with different levels of plant management.
