Assisting the Fleet Manager, Fleet Operations in meeting contractual agreements by overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the region; coordinates the overall activities of the region to meet the goals and objectives of the Fleet Management.
Plans, assigns, organizes, inspects and supervises major repair region consisting of multiple facilities and is assigned the responsibility of providing maintenance and repair for automobiles, light and heavy Vehicles.
Operates the Fleet Management Information System, including data analysis, reporting and monitoring performance standards to ensure compliance.
Ensures compliance with all safety, environmental, and organizational policies and procedures.
Establishes, coordinates and monitors vendor contracts for fleet services and supplies.
Reviews maintenance and cost data and recommends appropriate disposition of vehicles.
Coordinates fleet, heavy vehicle and equipment assignment with County departments.
New product design & customer experience, product management, launch management of fixed, mobile, managed services and cloud services for SMEs,
Managing the life cycle management department activities which includes customer relation management.
Key launch achievements include :
-Office 365 in partnership with Microsoft
Managing a team of executives to market the body parts of Suzuki Motors - Pakistan.
Ensuring Monthly /Quarterly business targets.
Managing key accounts.
Review of the Sales Reports and presentations to the clients.
