1- Initially Underwritting of the fresh cases at branch level in the Insurance Industry.
2- To handle the technical, administrative & accounts Problems of the Branch.
3- Co-ordination among the Head office, Field Force & the potential cusomer to develop the business and find out the solutions to improve the business by sloving their issues.
4- To control the cost to make the branch profitable.
5- To deal with the potential clients and provides them Services at the the branch level.
6- Reporting to all administrative, accounts & underwriting relative issues to the concern departments at the Head Office.
7- To prepare the business statements & reporting for the concern departments by using the computer.
8- To Manage the Fix Assets & Petty Cash of the Branch.
9- To Manage the Transmittle & TCS record on regular basis.
10- To manage the track record of diffirent issue of to improve the services for our valuable clients.
Responsibilities: Initial underwriting of the applications. To maintain & manage the accounts & assets of the company. Auditing of Income & Expenses. To prepear & generate the NBT, DCCR & DRS. Manage cash inflows & outflows. Prepare the financial statements. Monitor the cashiers. Submit daily, weekly, monthly (Income, Expense, etc) statements to Chief Accountant & Board of Directors
