Accomplishment:
Over five years of experience in dealer development, I played a direct role in the launch of more than 75 sales outlets and renovation of 33 Sales outlets across the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Managing & controlling Suzuki Dealership Network of 175 Sales, Service and Parts outlets in Pakistan.
• Achieved a Significant decrease of 5% YOY in cost of dealer development.
• Design and finalization of dealership layouts in accordance with Suzuki Japan's standards.
• Monitoring of in-progress development of Suzuki dealership sites for timely completion of for start of smooth operations.
• Responsible for the preparation and arrangement of inauguration ceremonies for each newly developed dealership site.
• Enhancement in the overall Suzuki Corporate Image in Sales, Service and Parts to provide better customer experience.
• Managing a strong Dealer Network in 100+ cities of Pakistan, with developed infrastructure and trained sales force in Rural & Urban Centers.
