Industrial Robot Break down attend and Fault finding in
Electrical, PLC, SCADA and Profibus control systems.
Modifications to existing controls for improved process
control, reliability, safety and after modification making
AutoCAD Electrical Drawing.
Provide technical support to Maintenance for AC and
DC electronic drives, Programmable Logic Controllers,
and control systems.
Undertake electrical and mechanical PPM, inspection
testing, commissioning and basic repairs to plant and
equipment.
Daily and Monthly Production and Maintenance report
submit to the manager
Role and Responsibilities
• To attain the machine break downs.
• Machine installation and commissioning.
• To modify the machine program.
• To give automation solution to the customer.
• To develop a PLC program for machine as per required operations.
• To understand the concept of machine to be design from customer.
• To design a electrical panel for machine.
• Finalize the machine project as per customer satisfaction.
I Have done B.E in Electronics and Telecom Before i done the Diploma in the same tread from Govt Polytechnic Amravati.
