- Managing recruitment & selection process of Management & Non Management Cadre. Orienting & Coaching new inductions.
- Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes.
- Ensure timely processing of salary along with proper updating of other Payroll changes which include addition and separation of employees, revision of salaries & allowance, transfers and leave management.
- Act as a point of contact between among departments by handling questions, providing administrating solution and helping resolve work related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personal files, attendance and performance evaluation.
- Ensure company compliance as per labor laws and regulations. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance & resolution.
- Prepare and ensure timely execution of leaving employees full and final settlements.
- Responding to employees' queries, solving discrepancies, educate them regarding company policies.
- Serving One Window solution to around 500+ employees. Assisting team manager in any assigned projects.
I did my BBA from Iqra University in 2019 where I have studied courses related to business administration i.e Marketing, Management, HR, Finance.
