Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review of Design Drawings, shop drawings, pre-qualification documents, material submittals and method statements based on contract drawings and specification.
• Issuing site observation report (SOR) and non-conformance report (NCR) to the contractor if the work is not done as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Witness the testing of all the civil, structural, landscaping, and architectural items.
• Verify delivered materials on site, (MIR’s) based on approved samples, material submittal and specification, preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Carrying out snagging/de-snagging and review of red line drawing and as-built drawings of civil, structural, landscaping, and architectural works.
• Support, guide & train Civil, Structural, landscaping, and architectural inspectors for inspection of site activities.
• Headed meetings with client, contractors and briefing/presenting the project progress, hurdles to the client, raising issues and presenting the effective and optimum solution.
• Coordinated with other trades & MEP discipline to obtain clearances and verified/reviewed civil shop drawings accordingly.
