• Led end-to-end process of all lease transaction from Client Site Inspections, Leasing Proposals, Technical Due Diligence Process, Letter of Intents, Confirmation of Leasing Term Sheets, Preparation, Negotiation & Closure of Service Agreements
• Maintained strong tenant relations, ensuring 95% retention ratio and business from future expansions
• Established & fostered long-term business alliances with various key customers and accounts to ensure rapid business growth
• Developed & managed real estate leasing activity (transaction management- leasing activity such as renting new space, lease renewals & re-negotiations); tracked leasing opportunities across markets with continuous interaction with International Property Consultants, Local Brokers & Online Aggregators as well as reached out to potential clients directly through e-mailers, events & through LinkedIn
