 Following up with existing customers to check their need in order to maintain a good relationship with the customers.
 Ensuring that policy of the bank/ code of conduct is maintained all the time.
 Maintaining confidential details of the customers as per policy.
 Achieving daily and monthly targets individually and as a team.
 Preparing daily sales report.
 Handling retention process with the existing customers.
