Co-ordination of strategic plans for consultancy businesses.
Manage business planning/ budget process for the business units.
Coordinate with department heads to identify, design and provide management accounts and other reports which provide granularity to allow for effective management of the businesses, seeking to improve reporting each month.
Ongoing review and analysis of results and preparation of regular KRI reporting and forecast of results.
Monitor actual results against budget and prior year explaining significant variations.
Report to Group Finance in the formats and time required and in accordance with the groups accounting policies

-Deal with Bank for LG/LCs and Bank loans
-Inventory control, deal with logistic manager and warehouse managers for inventory movement
-Preparation of payroll for 400 no. of employees
-Positive response to all the staff members
