Job Responsibilities:
• Managing the softwares & hardwares - updates, installations, recoveries, backups, maintenance and troubleshooting throughout all the branches and sites- onsite and remotely.
• Administering the active directories and admin centre (Office 365).
• Managing the biometric & access control devices - enrolling, revoking, and training new staff and issuing new access cards.
• Providing support to the HR team on attendance software (ZKT Biotime) - training on reporting, attendance sheets, etc.
• Providing support on JISR- HRMS software for HR on attendance, HR reports and also assisting the Finance department on the same software for payroll reports or any other reports related to employees.
• Managing the IT Assets - recording, maintaining & properly discarding via the JISR - HRMS system and also responsible for asset assigning and handovers to and from users.
• Managing the tickets raised by users in the JISR - HRMS platform and solving their issues and problems.
• Coordinating with the Finance & Procurement Dept for purchase and service-related assignments along with handling the Petty Cash, initiating & managing the purchases for any IT-related requirements.
• Training the new staff (IT & Non-IT) on companys' apps & softwares.
• Maintaining the office automation devices (Crestron Solutions) of the VIP meeting rooms and Chairman's Office.
