o The Scope includes Earthworks up to Sub Ballast Layer. Lineside access roads including Cable and drainage Works, Sand mitigation, Ground Improvement.
Construction and Completion of New Roads Links Sheikh Khalifa Road from Maleha Area through Al-Madam to Al-Showaib Area (Phase 02) - 293 M AED
o The Scope of the project includes the construction of culverts, bridges, and other structures, Construction of new road links, widening of existing roads, Relocation and protection of service lines for Etisalat, FEWA Electricity, FEWA Water, Fiber Optic, Tanqia, Du, Emarat Gas, etc.; Road works.
IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF ROAD AND INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES AT Liwa, Ghayathi & Madinat Zayed, ABU DHABI Contract Amount -30 M AED
o The scope of the Project includes Maintenance of Roads and Construction of roads in Madinat Zayed, Liwa, and ghayathi city.
Role & Responsibility:
Preparation of Baseline program.
A detailed study of drawings, specifications, for preparation of Tender Program of work
Preparation of Cash flow, Biweekly & Monthly Management reports for further reporting to the
Management.
Prepare resource and cost loading and schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower
And materials) availability, production, and construction sequences.
Track, monitor, and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables such as products, Engineering documents, procurement status, and construction of all disciplines.
Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which
Required action of the associate task member.
Participate in all meetings and discussions with the Client as required. (I.e. schedule review meeting, progress meeting, and coordination meeting.)
Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
Report to the Projects Director about the current work progress and make a comparison between plan and actual progress and study the impact of alternative approaches to work
