• In consultation with the Executive Director, analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
• Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
• Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
• Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.
• Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
• In consultation with ED, administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
• Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
• Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Admin/Logistic/HR Assistant
• Perform office administration function which includes facilitation and guidance of staff on policy procedures and maintenance of office decorum.
• Fleet management.
• Establish office administrative and personnel rules and assists staff/others in their interpretation.
• Manage all protocol matters i.e. arrange meetings with Govt. agencies. Manage organization of the official reception/events in support of project activities.
• Assist the logistics officer in managing procurements of logistics in coordination with Program Manager F&A and finance officer.
• Identification of vendors, collection of quotations, arrangements of procurement committee meetings, selection of vendors as per committee decision and issuing of purchase order to the selected vendor..
• Manage and supervise warehouses which includes load unload, transport arrangements from warehouse to sites.
• Helping the Logistics Officer in Managing and deal with petty cash.
• Keep and submit original invoices related to the day to day expenses of the districts office.
• Manage the utility expenses in coordination with finance officer.
