• Coordinating with sales, service and stock yard team for vehicle dispatch.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and import/export per customer preference. (Russia /Egypt/Pakistan/Amsterdam/USA/Kenya/Iran/Iraq)
• Serve as coordinator between the manufacturing shop floor, customers, and the shipping carrier to ensure on-time delivery
• Liaison with different departments within the company to facilitate shipments
• To make sure that consignment is shipped in the timeliest and efficient manner according to documented processes, including tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery.
• Prepare the invoices where necessary/packing lists, receive all documents and arrange for duties payable to enable the timely preparation of export bills by customs clearance department while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Testing Laboratory by sending all the documents required for review and release of materials (ITS/SASO/CITES, adhesive, core etc.)
• Coordination and full spectrum of shipping (B/L, LC, etc) and logistics activities.
• Provide the customer with all the details regarding the dispatch of goods like waybill no., ETA, ETD, etc. once the shipment has been picked from the warehouse.
