Liaising with answering enquiries from media, individuals & organizations
Writing & editing in-house magazines, speeches, articles and annual reports
Maintaining and updating information on the organization’s website, updating & engaging with social media
Acknowledge all donations and pledges by written correspondence or other means
Data and reporting requests, production of donor lists, progress reports gathering information on donor policies and priorities, and subsequently update donor profile
Drafting donor specific strategy, inputs of regular reports on technical cooperation
Preparation of briefings for senior management
Preparation of reports that show the results achieved and its value added
Preparing Annual Review Meetings with multi-bilateral donors, thematic meetings and resource mobilization events, Governing Body committees,
Developing & maintaining donor agencies, to maintaining networks & active engagement in knowledge sharing, information dissemination on priorities & promotion of technical cooperation programme
Facilitation of negotiation & signing of new funding agreements, working in close cooperation with other units ensuring proper stakeholder management
Implementation of the Trust Public-Private Partnership resource mobilization strategy, includes collaborating in development & update promotional materials
Working knowledge of reservations procedured according to International Hotel Manual system
Allocate daily task to reservations associates and daily review reservations booked
Maximize the sale of rooms and other hotel services
Annual budgets, capital for upgrading the hotel, business forecast etc.
Supervising group reservations, various revenue reports like forecast, BOB etc
Maintain cordial relations with commercial clients
Establish and maintain pro active human resource function
Maintains company policies & procedures making sure staff obey
Inspect hotel for cleanliness and appearance
Manage and maintain all year or seasonal lodging facilities
Execute marketing, sales & operational plans producing results to meet/exceed business plan
Ensure good safety practices of employees and guest
Maintain preventive maintenance programs to protect physical assets
Monitors the hotel performance through guest satisfaction & financial reports
