Key Responsibilities*
- *Order Pickup & Delivery*: Collect food orders from restaurants and deliver to customers within the estimated time
- *Route Management*: Use the Keeta rider app and GPS to follow optimal delivery routes
- *Customer Service*: Handle orders with care, confirm delivery with customers, and maintain a professional, friendly attitude
- *App Handling*: Accept/decline orders, update order status to "Picked Up" and "Delivered" in the Keeta app
- *Safety & Compliance*: Follow all Bahrain traffic laws, wear safety gear, and maintain your vehicle
- *Cash Handling*: Accurately collect cash on delivery when required and settle payments as per company policy
- *Issue Reporting*: Report restaurant delays, customer issues, or app problems to support promptly

During my time at Noon, my key responsibilities included:
- *Order Picking*: Accurately picking customer orders using handheld scanners with 99%+ accuracy
- *Packing*: Securely packing items to ensure safe delivery and reduce damage
- *Putaway*: Organizing and storing incoming stock in correct warehouse locations
- *Receiving*: Checking inbound shipments, verifying quantities, and reporting discrepancies

Although I was with Noon for 1 month, the store operations were closed in Bahrain due to the ongoing regional situation. Despite the short duration, I quickly learned warehouse processes, inventory systems, and safety procedures. I am a hardworking, fast learner who can handle physical work, night shifts, and meet daily targets.

Responsibilities*

*1. Digital Textile Design:*
- Design all-over prints, placement prints, and repeat patterns using *Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator*
- Create seasonal collections, mood boards, and colorways based on market trends
- Prepare artwork with correct repeat, scale, and color separations for digital, screen, or rotary printing
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams for fabric approvals

*2. Embroidery Designing / Digitizing:*
- Convert logos, motifs, and artworks into embroidery files using *Wilcom*
- Develop stitch files for flat embroidery, sequins,
- Set proper stitch density, underlay, pull compensation, and trims for different fabrics
- Test and adjust designs on embroidery machines to ensure clean output
- Create placement charts for garments, caps, badges, and uniforms

*3. General:*
- Research latest fashion, textile, and embroidery trends from EU, US, and GCC markets
- Maintain design library and ensure version control of all artworks
- Meet buyer deadlines and revise designs as per feedback
- Work closely with merchandisers, CAD team, and factory production
