Spearheaded and successfully completed the project from the design, execution and
supervision of an ASHGHAL QATAR Project: Design and Build for Construction,
Upgrade and Marina Works for Five (5) numbers of Coast Guard Stations at Various
Locations, in Umm Bab, Ras Brouq, Dhaayen, Ruwais and Sealine. Value: 36 million
Qatari Riyals
The project consists of the following

Spearheading the supervision of the Design, Construction, Completion And
Maintenance of GWC Alwukair Logistic Park Phase-1.
Direct supervision and successful execution of the construction works of the Dry
Warehouses, A/C Warehouses along with all the utilities construction in accordance with
the Contract Documents of the client, Gulf Warehousing Company, GWC. Total Value
of the Project: 400 million Qatari Riyals
Responsible as a Resident Engineer for the supervision of the 5 numbers of the AC/s
warehouses along with all the amenities including the electrical substations.

Spearheading the construction and civil works of First Grade Clubs & 3 Federations -
under the Ministry Of Culture & Sports (MOCS) under the Supreme Council of Qatar.
Worked as a Facility Project Manager for the maintenance of sports clubs namely,
Qatar Sports club, Alwakra Sports Club, Gharrafa Sports Club, AlSadd Sports Club and
Alkhor Sports Club. The 3 federations are namely, Qatar Equestrian Federation, Qatar
Tennis Federation and Qatar Shooting Federation.
Spearheaded the maintenance of the above 5 mentioned Sports Clubs and 3
Federations on Call Off basis by the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
Leading the team of 5 Civil Engineers, 3 Mechanical and 1 Electrical Engineering team
with their respective foremen.
Following up the work orders generated by the team project Engineers and following
up the invoices with the ministry.
Spearheaded the construction and civil works for the construction of the 2 Warehouses
in the industrial area street 2, for Gulf Warehousing Company. GWC
Steering the successful roll-out of project operations entailing defining scope, setting
timelines, analyzing requirements, budget review & approval, prioritizing tasks &
identifying dependencies as per budget
Performing functions - construction supervision, coordination & review of survey,
quality control, mobilization of manpower, materials & equipment / cost control
Supervising the scope of construction activities including providing technical inputs for
methodologies of construction & coordinating with site management activities
Directing team during projects to ensure milestones & quality standards are met
Ensuring compliance with established SOP/SWPs; developing site specific SOP/SWP
for non-conventional jobs
Safeguarding client delivery, including identifying & addressing emerging issues,
securing deployment of adequate resources, delivering all client commitments within

including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects

Manganese Flocculation Tank, Filtered Water Storage Tank, Reverse Osmosis Building,
Treated Water Tanks, Chemical Building, Administration Building, Generator Building,
Transformer Building, Workshop Building, Guard House, LV Main Distribution Board

Sire engineer and quantities surveyor for the water treatment plants and sewer and sewage pipeline works

Supervised the operations at a sewerage network project for some parts of Alkhaleej,
Alnaseem & Alnazeem as Site Engineer/ Quantities Surveyor; led the laying of vitreous
clay pipes, tunnels of main road crossing as per the plans & profiles and calculated
all the quantities of pipe work as per the bill of quantities and bills preparation
Managed a water transmission project, Alhunayy Water Transmission Project for
Riyadh including electro mechanical works of 3 pumping stations that include
Residential Villas, Pump Station Buildings, Electrical Services Building, Compressor
Rooms & Surge Vessels Building, Cooling Tower Unit, Valve Chambers & Pipelines
Worked on water treatment plant Alwasia Water Treatment Plant near Riyadh, the
capacity of the project being 165, 000 cubic metres per day, cost being 800 milliom Saudi
