 Planning, preparation, Implementation, 0Development, and Management of overall work program for the mechanical installations in coordination with our management, staff consultant, contractors and Government authorities.
 Monitoring the sub-contractors in the process of mechanical installation in line with project specification, latest approved shop drawings, method statements, quality control procedures and inspection/ test plans in order to finish the work with excellent quality and on time.
 Inform to the senior engineer in the event any shop drawing, method statement or material used does not cover the specification requirement
 The responsibility includes quantity take off, make request coordinate with purchase department for on time arrangement of materials as per project plan.
 Verification of delivered materials in accordance with approved material submittals and samples
 Involvement in coordination of Mechanical system such as HVAC units, firefighting, water supply, drainage and storm water systems to facilitate close coordination of MEP services.
 Coordinate with senior engineers and consultant to resolve the complexity that arrives during the life of project.
 Reporting day to day activities and progress of work to construction manager.
 To raise inspection and get the approvals for the works completed from consultant.
 To raise inspection for the materials which arrived on site and get the approvals from consultant for smooth flow of work.
 Inform the planning engineer of any slippage of progress regarding the site activities.
 Delivering sufficient support to construction team to meet the projects deadline and coordination in the quality control procedure of materials used during the execution of project.
 The key responsibility was to liaise with Government Authorities for approval of shop drawings for all the firefighting and fire alarm related arena.
 organize the inspection with local authorities and obtain approval of jobs for commencing.
 Participate in preparation of the close out documents.
 Inspection for the commencement of work done by subcontractor.

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintainance.

• Responding to breakdown maintainance.

• Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.

• Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.

• Performing required preventative and regular maintanace scedules.

• Updating of data concerning the certificationof machines and equipment
