for managing a portfolio of Healthcare utilities, building
structure and medical equipment.
•Being the team’s single point of contact for all facility management
issues and managing the entire facility management team. Delegating
task and monitoring staff performance.

third party supplier and in-house team.
•To advice on Architectural & technical drawings related to
Hospitals and its ancillary Engineering services.
•Advising administration on matters pertaining to equipment
procurement, performance & financial provisions.
•Maintaining essential utilities like medical gases, uninterrupted electric
power for critical areas. Water supply & treatment plant, maintaining
HVAC system for admin area and patient areas. Negative pressure
Isolation rooms & ORs. Cold rooms, mortuary, elevators, kitchen &
Laundry equipment, Power generator & UPS.
•Managing routine periodic fire safety checks of fire alarm system, wet
chemical, fire Pro, fire pumps and control panels.
• Monitoring and controlling new expansion construction project in the
hospital. Completed & commissioned 10 bed Dialysis unit, 11 bed PICU,
9 bed ER expansion inside the hospital building and commissioned New
OPD building with 48 Clinics, 128 Slice CT Scan, 1.5T MRI, Digital X Ray,
Ultrasound/ Echo and Lab collection unit. Supervise Installation of new
Angiography, Lithotripsy machine and OR equipment.
•Coordinating with all equipment suppliers for preventive maintenance
and repair of equipment under service maintenance contract.
•Maintaining all records as per JCI/CBAHI standard. Observing Quality
and safety aspect while delivering services.
•Coordinating with equipment suppliers for pre installation, installation,
and application training on new equipment.
job responsibility involved to manage complete biomedical setup,
leading a team of engineers pertaining to repair and installation of new
equipment on turn- key basis.
•Handles all sales & after sales support operations with Siemens Healthcare.
•Reporting to the Project Director, identifying and designing future
needs and integrating services for efficient workflow.
•Rehabilitated 400 bedded Eku Baptist Hospital at Eku in Delta
state: All the existing building has been renovated, equipped and
furnished with new medical equipment.
•Cardiac & renal centre (CRC) at LASUTH extension:
Conceptualized, built and equipped state of the art CRC for Lagos state
government. The centre equipped with 25 Dialysis machines, two nos. of
modular theatre to perform cardiothoracic surgeries, ICU, HDUs, LAB,
64 Slice CT scan, cardiovascular CATH LAB, 5 nos. of Ultrasound/ Echo
and other basic facilities to support the centre.
•Mammography Project for MTN Foundation, Nigeria: Partnered
with MTN foundation to install 6 nos. of mammography machine at 6
geopolitical location in Nigeria. The machine were installed at
government hospitals, renovated the existing room & managing the
services at centres.
•Radiology rehabilitation project: Renovated 10 X ray sites at
secondary health care centres and installed 10 new X ray machines with
complete dark room setup in Lagos.
•Maternal & Child care Centre (MCCs) at Lagos State Govt.:
Designed, constructed, equipped 110 bedded MCCs.
& Installation of new Imaging equipment, Upgraded
hospital radiology department into film-less digital Imaging
department by incorporating CR, DR & PACS Systems, end user
training programs for new equipment & service engineers to achieve
quality service & best use of new equipment.
•Successful in implementing PACS Solution at Al Mana group of
Hospitals, & manage in-house maintenance of all Imaging
equipment that includes Siemens CT Scan, Agfa CR, DR, PACS,
•Digital Fluoroscopy, Cath Lab, Mammography, Bone densitometer,
C Arm & general X Ray machines.
•Assisted installation of 2nos of 1.5T MRI from Philips Medical.
•Remarkable efforts towards maintaining the imaging equipment
with minimum cost with in-house team of engineers in all four cities,
Damman, Al Khobar, Jubail & Al Hassa.
manage the service & maintenance operation of steel
process plant. Responsible for maintenance of DC Drive, High
Frequency induction welding unit, PID controllers, furnace, NDT
machines & other industrial equipment.
