I have a strong & practical understanding of Budgeting, Estimation, Preparation
of B.O.Q, Cost Control, Project Cost Management, Cost Planning, Cost
Forecasting & Risk Management.
Having a better knowledge of project execution with fast & cost-effective
methods to avoid losses and better the budget.
Job Responsibilities:
➢ Prepare Budget/rate analysis for the estimated project to allocate
budget for the project from the BOQ.
➢ Review the project estimation and adjust the budget if required.
➢ Review and understand the key concepts of the projects contract.
➢ Fully understand cost breakdown structure CBS, WBS, Work Package and
cost code & implementing Activity Based Costing (ABC) and allocate the
project budget to the CBS/Cost Code.
➢ Implementing the Total Cost Management Framework (TCMF) principles.
➢ Coordinate with all stakeholders and maintain communication to
maintain transparency.
➢ Identifying/Monitoring & releasing Project Risk as per approval of Cost
Control Director &
Job Responsibilities:
• Measuring of quantities as per tender drawing and comparing with Approved Shop drawings during execution
to approve all the construction materials as per the shop drawings regards with standard international
procedures. (CESMM & POMI).
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities for the quantities taken off.
• Assisting the HOD in the preparation of budget (initial and final budgeting).
• Preparation of Monthly valuations as per site progress.
• Preparation of Variations as per drawings / Client requirements.
• Sub contractor’s and materials enquiries & obtaining Quotations.
• Prepare and measure the Subcontractor work for contract documents, monthly payments, and final accounts.
• Keenly observer in drawings to include all the materials under the scope of work in the BOQ.
• Basic Contracts Knowledge of FIDIC.
• Good Knowledge of construction process from Initial to Final stage considering specifications & also technical
knowledge of Construction Materials.
