Identifies the technical approach to be used on a given IT project and manages the system development process including the development of a strategic plan, systems analysis, technical design, coding, testing and acceptance of an IT system and/or application.
Develops IT system review schedules, audits and acceptance tests for each phase of a project.
Identifies IT system design alternatives, researches existing IT systems in the marketplace and recommends viable IT solutions.
Identifies and documents opportunities to integrate IT systems and resources to fulfill project requirements.
Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations.
Utilizes current, county-wide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.
Installing and configuring all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Configuring and Maintaining Dynamics AX administrative tasks such as (User
Management, Configuration and Deployment).
Technical Responsibilities including multi-tiered application support,
Basic AD Administration and overall environment responsibility in multi-instance AX
environment.
Design, Develop, Test and monitor plans for AX security implementation.
Develop, Maintain and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best
practices for segregation of duties and lead other process improvement initiatives.
Perform Microsoft Dynamics AX Compliance Center configuration, administration

Management and review of security logs and table permissions framework (TPF).
Backup/Restore Database on SQL.
