Presently working with M/s. Al Rajhi Real Estate Inv. Co. (Riyadh, KSA.) As an Architectural Draftsman / Quantity Surveyor for almost three years. i.e., from Jun. 2012 to till date.
Brief description: This group of companies is reputed and well known (famous) around the kingdom, its special characteristic in the market is its Economical position, Its own Projects covers Hotels, Mosques, Commercial and Residential around (Riyadh, Alkhobar, Makkah, Madina, Hail, Buraida and Jeddah.) Its Successful projects like “Masjid Al Rajhi” (Riyadh), “Crown Plaza Hotel” (Madina), “Crown Plaza” (Al khobar), “Jabal kaba” (Makkah), “Sharq Plaza” (Riyadh), City (Buraidah) Hail Residential Project (Hail) Etc. More about its Upcoming Major Projects are “Naseem Hotel Complex” (Makkah), ” Exit 15 Hotel” (Riyadh), “Al Safa Complex” (Riyadh). Hotel Bin Twejry (Makkah), Princes Fowaz Hotel (Makkah) Etc.
Job Responsibilities: In a period of three years the assignments and responsibilities were quite experiencing, from modifying the design drawings as per the required instructions, proposing optional and parallel design, making architectural and shop drawing, making as built drawings on the completion of the project to dealing with the contractors, cross checking the quantities of the work done and supervising. My last assignment which was based on Hotel project in Makkah was to give quantities based on drawings for comparing with BOQ and get the accurate budget price.
Worked with M/s. SAUDIOGER LTD. (Riyadh, KSA.) As a Senior Technician Architectural from last five years. i.e., from Feb. 2008 to jun. 2012
Brief description: this is well known company in the kingdom, having successfully done many government and many other booming projects like PNU, KAUST, MTBA, and KAFD and so on. This company with the branches in the kingdom and many other countries of the world is having the skilled manpower which consists of architects, engineers, draftsman, technicians and labors in highest number.
Job Responsibilities: In this period of about five years, I was assigned to work for many different projects under which I had to make different proposals, work for design drawings, make architectural and shop drawings, which was according to the company’s own standard for which I was trained and finally I was assigned to lead a team of draftsman.

Brief description: this Architects and Interior designer’s Association in India is leading with many major projects successfully done. Such as “Ramoji film city” where you can see the world scaled down, it can be toured in a day and enjoyed, “Snow world” where you can skate around and enjoy the snow fall and chill your summer. Revitalization of “Taramati & Baradari” A govt. project for historical development “Kalasangam” A complete family entertainment park, ” Rock Garden” family entertainment park, This firm is simultaneously famous in its art creation for Hollywood and Bollywood after many successful Indian movies, it was selected as an art creator, for a Hollywood movie “Gladiator” to supply the miniature models and offered the Art Direction.
Job Responsibilities: Meeting the clients and fulfilling their requirements as to their dream cum true satisfaction and designing the competitive and challenging design for the best serve level and inspect the site till its completion, Making 3D Models, Miniature Models and Perspective views.
I did opened my own contractors firm and constructed about 14 villah, that covers my own design, supervision, municipal approval, construction...etc.
Worked with M/s. Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Company (Al Khobar, KSA) As an Asst. Piping Engineer for a period of year Approximately, between Apr. 1997 to Feb. 1998.
Brief description: This Multinational Company has done the Major Projects in the world and one of its major project in the kingdom is Al-khobar Desalination Plant which made the drinking water supply to the whole kingdom.
Job Responsibilities: Before I start, I was trained the standards of the company and the system such as numbering system for filing, approval process, which was obligatory. The responsibilities given to me on this project were to make shop drawings for civil works to fulfill the requirements as instructed by the engineers, modifying the drawings as built and issuing for approval and maintaining records.
Worked with M/s. AI-Bawardi Pre-cast Systems. (Al-khobar, K.S.A.) As a CAD Operator / Draftsman for a period of two years i.e., from Apr. 1995 to Mar 1997.
Brief description: This Group of companies is a reputed company in the kingdom. This company has grabbed the whole kingdom in trading like steel industries, tools, Technologies, Precast system etc. with a huge staff official members and 1300 nos. of labors in plant of its own.
Job Responsibilities: Using Auto CAD latest version, Divide the pre cast panels to make convenient casting in plant, properly locating the anchor bolts to ease the transportation, lifting & fixing, taking care of architectural and structural requirement in the project and making the shop drawing for all individual panels, forwarding the approved drawings to the production department QA/QC and other related departments and continued to be casted in the plant and maintaining the filing order.
