• Infrastructure Maintenance: Direct the comprehensive repair, testing, and lifecycle maintenance of all internal
and external lighting fixtures across all port zones, administrative buildings, and industrial facilities.
• Security & Specialized Systems: Manage specialized electrical engineering maintenance for high-security
infrastructure, including automated security gates, perimeter security fencing networks, integrated fence
lighting, and localized surveillance power systems. Contractor & Vendor Supervision: Review, audit, and approve technical project drawings engineered by
external contractors for adequacy, accuracy, and completeness of design while monitoring electrical
systems operated by third-party contractors.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Deliver technical and engineering support services to internal
departments, port administrations, and external stakeholders to streamline facility operations and resolve
cross-discipline design conflicts.
• Resource & Tool Management: Manage the procurement and allocation of specialized tools, heavy
engineering equipment, and precision measuring devices required for preventative maintenance and
emergency repair tasks.
• Compliance & Safety (EHS): Enforce strict adherence to electrical codes, National Electrical
Code (NEC) standards, and environment, health, and safety (EHS) protocols across all port maintenance
activities.

• Design and Planning: Developing electrical systems and layouts for hospitals, industrial, and warehouse
buildings.
• Project Management: Overseeing electrical aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Quality Control: Ensuring electrical installations meet industry standards and project specifications.
• Cost Control: Managing budgets and minimizing expenses related to electrical works.
