Position - Site Engineer
Project - Casa grande-I, G+15, residential buildings.
Job Responsibilities: - Studying the work plan submitted by the contactor and suggests any modification
- To watch and inspect the construction work and assure that it is done in full accordance with drawings, technical specifications and bills of quantities
- Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site
- Checking of layout and setting out of buildings with respect to existing structure and site levels
- Keeping a log of all test conducted at site
- Monitoring the daily progress of site
- Execution of construction work, External services such as roads, sewer, drain, making MB as per drawing and field, BBS, STP etc.
- Inspecting finishing work such as P.O.P work, Paints, Tiles work, Fall ceiling etc.
Agency Tenure Responsibility
I was working as site engineer. Supervision of all contractors work or sub contractors work such as structure work and finishing work. Preparation of daily progress report. Preparation of monthly application payment which is submitted by contractors and sub contractors. i was supervised the whole project.
