•Handling branch Key accounts.

Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carrier, forwarders, customers and agents in a timely manner.
•Undergone 42 online training modules of Ocean freight, Products management, freight documentation, email etiquette, handling complaints etc.

• Following up with clients on their business plans

• Servicing of policies after sales
• Handling all the sales process
• Arranging Learning and Development programs for Branch Staff.
• Maintaining high levels of CRO’s engagement.
• Managing, motivating and training to Staff, CRO’s & Branch Head to get the business.
