o Execution of CR projects with consensus of all stake holders by conducting FPI’s and PPT’s.
• Technical Assistance
o Prepare, check and verify engineering documents such as drawing, BOM (bill of material), component specification, production deviation permit and engineering change orders
o Update Bill of Material (BOM) as per requirement
o Design and Launch of New Models as per IPDP.
Responsible to check & verify all CAD design of all products / parts.
Responsible for all activities related to design & development work of all products.
Responsible for export related activities of products.
Responsible to design the greener & safer products.
Responsible to check all drawings produced by CAD section.
Responsible to give technical assistance to subordinates in design & development work.
Responsible to check and verify the manufacturing methods resulting in quality enhancement and cost reduction activities.
Responsible to communicate with local & foreign supplier for the development of jig, fixture, mould and dies.
Responsible for reporting incident/accident/non-conformances and taking corrective and preventive action against any non-conformity.
CAD/CAM/CAI of Sheet metal Dies.
Calculate Blank Size of Typical Sheet Metal Parts on Fast blank (Blank Prediction Software).
Make Die layout / Detail Drawings of the Components.
Prepare BOM of Dies, Fixtures and Jigs.
Purchase Tools of Machine from Various Distributors.
Liaison with Customers on Different Technical Issues.
Conduct Training of Trainee Engineers on Pro Engineer Wildfire.
Weekly Conduct Meeting of Trainee Engineers & CNC Machine Operators.
Daily Schedule the Work plan of Trainee Engineers.
Update The CNC Machine Loading Plan.
