Duties/Responsibilities:
• Supervising and directing administrative staff, including administrative officers and assistants.
• Establishing and maintaining efficient communication with clients, answering queries, and offering great customer service.
• Managing consultant schedules and client appointments and meetings.
• Managing financial tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, tracking costs, and financial reporting.
• Keeping organized records for easy access to important papers and customer information.
• Manage client contracts, billing, and financial activities to ensure accuracy.
• Working with IT services to ensure consultants' technology and software tools work effectively.
• Ensure the seamless running of the office, including supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and resource management.
• Overseeing the organization and maintenance of educational documents, client records, and data pertinent to the agency's services.
• Creating and distributing reports to the agency CEO on administrative actions, financial condition, and other pertinent indicators.
Project and Research Experience: Junior Design: Human Detection Smart Robot Capstone Design: 5G Antenna Design for Body-Centric Communication Thesis: Super-wideband Antenna Design for Body-Centric Communication • Designed and developed a Human Detection Smart Robot as part of a junior design project. This project involved creating a robotic system capable of autonomously detecting and tracking humans using advanced sensor technologies and intelligent algorithms. • Successfully implemented features to enhance human-robot interaction and real-world applications, demonstrating strong problem-solving and engineering skills. • Conducted in-depth research on 5G antenna design and super wide band antenna design for body-centric communication using Computer Simulation Technology (CST) software. • Gained hands-on experience in utilizing advanced simulation tools to model and analyze antenna performance in various body-centric communication scenarios. • Investigated the challenges and opportunities in developing efficient and reliable 5G antennas tailored for seamless integration with wearable and implantable devices. • Explored the potential of super-wide-band antennas to support high-speed data transmission and communication within the human body and surrounding environment. • I authored two conference papers based on the findings and outcomes of the research, highlighting novel approaches and contributions to the field, but I have not published these conference papers yet. • Collaborated with a team of researchers to discuss and refine antenna design strategies and evaluate the impact of different parameters on the overall performance.
