Position : Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Liaise and negotiate with 3PL transporters to minimize the distribution cost within agreed Lead Times.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and eficiency.

Position : Distribution Manager
Responsibilities:
• Implement the best warehouse practices, especially at distributors setup across all Pakistan as per Drug Act, 1976.
• Maintain Inventory Levels at all Finish Goods Warehouses as well as at Distributor Levels throughout the Pakistan.
• Make eficient and efective Strategies to Control Expiry. (May use IST Strategy).

Reporting to: Head of Sourcing and Logistics Responsibilities:
• Successfully Managed Central Distribution Center (CDC) and Warehouse, product inflow from sources, outflow to 500+ retail outlets and 13 wholesale depots.
• Stock Put away as per Inventory Classification (ABC) to make eficient and efective daily operations.
• Dispatch Order Management (Master Order, Pick & Pack, Consolidation of shipments, Dispatch).
• Manage the Returned Stocks from Market against Customer Claims.

• Improve the Annual maintenance time by 25% through eficient planning of Import and with International suppliers, which helped to complete Annual maintenance before agreed timelines to meet Sales Target.
• I have increased the existing warehouse space by 44% within available resources by re-engineering of racking system at CCL Pharma.
• Introduced Master Order (Wave) to increase the Order Processing eficiency at CCL Pharma.
• I have completed a mega project to establish a centralized mega warehouse in Islamabad to save the distribution cost and other miscellaneous expenses for Horizon Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd.
• I have introduced the integration concept among all distributors to get real time data for many others analysis in Horizon Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd.
• I have decreased all LTL & FTL freight rates nationwide for SSC business (shoe distribution) by Avg. 34% for the year 2015 as compare to 2014 by hard negotiation. And it will be a big saving in monetary terms (in Million) at the end of 2015. That is my big achievement.
• I have been rewarded by a special increment in mid-year performance review by 23% increase of Gross Salary on the basis of six months performance (Jul-Dec, 2014).
• I was ranked in top employees who achieved the Outstanding grade on my annual appraisal in Service Sales Corporation (SSC) for 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 consecutively.
• I have saved PKR 18.6 Million by best negotiating with 3PL transporters as Logistician in SSC for the year 2013.
• I joined SSC in Oct-2010. There was manual freight forwarding. I have converted this model to computerize since 2011 and now freight is being checked by just one click by applying MS applications.
